TECHSOIR

TechSoir is a Nu-Electro band compiled by Michael.S Tareq and Tharrenos.
Michael.S and Tareq started together as a duo and then they added Tharrenos to make the group
solid!
Having different influences from eachother and mixing up all the ideas they had, they manage to
make their own sound. An experimental sound of Nu-Electro .
After the departure of Tareq, a new member came in the group, to interpret and enchant the fans of
Techsoir and his name is Sofia .! They appeared in the 1st electropositive Greek Festival which took
place in ..MYLOS.. Thessaloniki in February 2004, next to Universal Trilogy, Atria and Audioplug. They
also participated to the 1st floorshow electonica festival at ..Xilurgio.. at spring 2006. They
participated as support in the unique night with Torture Garden at Principal club theatre-
Thessaloniki. The song "Hairdresser" was given for Mr. Lazopoulos' Tv series.
Also, two tracks were produced for the film "Don't go" by Alexandros Pantazoudis. Releases on
compilations: "Let's talk for sex" on Alter Ego compilation by HD recordings. "TechSoir" on Eclectic
Dance Vol.1 by Plus Rec. "Try Me" on Greeks United by NRG recordings.
Their latest release in compilation was by UNDO records, in the Music magazine POPROCK cd
"L.M.END" announcing their debut album release. The track that was featured is called : Funkey Rain.
Their debut album "Dark Room" released from Undo Records in the end of 007(December).
In 2008 they appeared as opening acts in groups like The Fall, Chicane and in Ejekt festival next to
names such as Digitalism, Hercules and Love Affair, UNKLE, James and Stereo MCs , Decadance
(Greece) with Fisherspooner.
